Richard Buckley is a partner at Safarian Choi & Bolstad LLP in Los Angeles. In his 25 plus-years as a litigator, Richard has served as lead counsel in hundreds of matters and has served a wide variety of clients, including professional sports arenas and teams, automotive dealerships, commercial real estate owners, event marketers, manufacturers, a market research firm, entertainers and real estate developers.
Richard practices in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts. Richard also has extensive experience in arbitrating disputes before various ADR providers, including the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
Richard received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. Richard received his J.D., With Honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulsa Law Journal.
In his free time, Richard hikes, runs, skis, plays golf, fishes and plays guitar … all with varying degrees of competence. More than anything, Richard enjoys spending time with his family.
