Yvette Salera-Lichtman is a transactional paralegal at Safarian Choi & Bolstad LLP, based in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office. Yvette joined the firm in 2022.
Yvette has over a decade of experience as an in-house paralegal supporting attorneys at large commercial real estate companies and financial institutions. Yvette has broad-based experience in the documentation and review of business transactions, legal drafting of commercial loan and real estate documents, real estate due diligence, 1031 tax exchanges, lease negotiation, lease abstraction, trust abstraction, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Safarian Choi & Bolstad, Yvette also worked as a transactional paralegal at a boutique law firm in Orange County, California specializing in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions within the medical sector.
Yvette is committed to bettering her community and has volunteered her time as a paralegal at two well-known legal charities. At Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, she aided the families of indigent minors to navigate through the guardianship process, and at Bet Tzedek, she aided the families of disabled adults to navigate through the conservatorship process. Yvette holds an Associates of Science Degree from Long Beach City College and a Paralegal Certificate from California State University Dominguez Hills.
